Hale wasn't having the best of days. The police station was under-manned today apparently due to a string of food poisoning that Hale suspected was from the rash of 'pranks' being done in the city. It wasn't very hot, but goodness gracious, it was humid. Things were sticking to Felecia in awkward places, hah! Which might have explained what she was wearing. It showed off her broad shoulders and remarkable legs (if she did say so herself)! She stood outside the tea shoppe, waving at passers-by. "We have iced tea! Scones! Come one, come all!"
